Ibrahim Halil Koyuncu

Platform, data and MLOps engineer · Founder & Engineer · Ankara, Türkiye

I build and optimise data processing infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud — and the platforms, automation and MLOps workflows that keep it reliable in production.

What I focus on

  • 01

    Data processing infrastructure

Scalable, high-performance platforms for complex pipelines and real-time analytics — on-premises and in the cloud.

  • 02

    MLOps & LLMOps

Automated model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management, integrated with production systems.

  • 03

    DevOps & automation

CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and cloud-native platforms tuned for availability, resilience and cost.

  • 04

    Modernisation

Moving monolithic applications to microservices for more flexibility and scale in cloud environments.

Engineering the platforms data and AI run on

Most of my work centres on data processing infrastructure: designing scalable, high-performance architectures for complex data pipelines and real-time analytics, in both on-premises and cloud environments. The architecture is only half the job — the other half is making it run reliably: Kubernetes platforms, automation, observability and cost-aware design.

On the machine-learning side I focus on MLOps and LLMOps: automating model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management, so that models and LLM applications fit cleanly into the production systems around them instead of living beside them.

My background is in DevOps and software engineering. I build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and tune cloud-native applications for availability, resilience and cost. I have also moved monolithic applications to microservices — work where understanding both the application and the platform makes the difference.

I write on Medium about the topics I work on, especially where practical, experience-based resources are missing. Most articles come with a working repository. Through this studio I bring the same hands-on approach to client work — and to our own products, starting with Canopeak.

How I work

  1. 01

    Understand the problem

Start from the business need and the constraints, not from a preferred tool.

  2. 02

    Design the architecture

Choose the simplest design that will hold up, and document why.

  3. 03

    Implement it

Build it hands-on, in code, so it can be reviewed and reproduced.

  4. 04

    Make it operational

Observability, automation and handover, so it keeps working after delivery.

Let's talk about what you're building.
